Produced by bodega Mar de Envero, the wine Troupe is a varietal Spanish white wine from DO Rías Baixas.

The Albariño grapes were sourced from estate vineyards located at a mere 20 metres of altitude, thus strongly influenced by the nearby Atlantic Ocean. The vineyards are farmed following minimal intervention techniques.

Destemmed and gently crushed, this Galician white wine was first cold-macerated to increase the extraction of aromatic components. After that, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Finally, the wine Troupe 2023 was aged for some months on lees before bottling.

This fresh young white wine will pair nicely with shrimp and rice dishes.
