Product Description Details
Made from Tempranillo and Carignan, a rather uncommon blend, this young Spanish rosé wine comes from DO Empordà, Catalonia’s northernmost wine region.
Interestingly, the wine Claret d’Albera of the Martí Fabra winery was made following a process which goes back to the XVIIth century.
The red grapes were macerated for 3 days and 2 nights, hence obtaining what in the region is called a “three-night claret.”
After that, the wine Claret d’Albera 2023 was fermented in concrete tanks and aged on lees for 9 months.
Pair this claret wine from L’Empordà with Chinese food, tapas and rice dishes.
