Based on a 15th century tile design from Syria, our Amira shades display the sensual colours and subtle geometric designs from that era. Every tile was handemade and hand painted, and, as such, unique and unrepeatable. It was a golden age of design. 30% of the proceeds of this shade will go to Hands Up Foundation, transforming the lives of those caught up in the terrible conflict in Syria – this is our donation, not yours…i.e. we have not increased the price in any way…the donation is simply a happy by-product of your purchasing this glorious shade.
